OvernightCookedCooked CookedOats

So I decided to try and do my amazing idea of cooking my oats then popping it in the fridge for a few hours. Then when I take it out I top it with all my delicious toppings and done! A volumeous, filling, and delicious cooked oats; made cold. Trust me on this one !
I love oats. They are one of my fav breakfasts out there. I can not believe there was a time where I took a "break" from oats and got bored with them. I wasted months not having oats. I love having overnight, baked, and stovetop oats. I love how fluffy and volumeous stovetop oats are. I love how cakey baked oats are. I love how overnight oats because they are cold and just delish that way. However, overnight oats make a small portion which I can gooble up in a couple of mins.

The recipe is pretty straight-forward. This is just my recipe on how to make the oats "overnight cooked oats" and does not include my everyday oats recipe. If you would like to see that, hopefully soon :)
- Oats cooked however you like + with whatever you want - to the consistency of your liking
- A bowl
- Toppings
- After you are done cooking your oats, place it in your bowl
- Let it cool for a few mins. Once it is done cooling ( I would say 5-10 mins ) pop it in the fridge. If it is still warm I recommend you put it with a baking mitten/cloth underneath it.
- Let it sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours
- Take it out of the fridge and mix it well
- Add toppings of choice & enjoy!
