MatchaYogurt Topping

What should I top my pancakes with ? Thats the question I face everytime and have no clue what to do. But after a while I began to have 2 go-to pancake toppings which I love. One of which is this Matcha Yogurt Toppings. Its goes well as a lighter topping and can even be used in other ways.
What can I use this topping on ?
You can put this Matcha Yogurt not only on pancakes but many other dishes as well. You can top them on toast with strawberries/bananas, on waffles, mix/eat with oats, or simply eat a big bowl of it as a yogurt bowl with granola !

Ingredients :
Steps :
- 3/4 cup of plain yogurt (I used my homemade coconut one)
- 1/2 - 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1 tbsp maple/agave (feel free to use coco sugar or any sweetner. Also add more or less to ur liking)
- dash of vanilla (optional but reccomeneded)
- pinch of salt (optional)
Steps :
- get a bowl and mix all ingredients well; till no matcha power clumps remain and all ingredients are well combine
- serve immediately or keep in the fridge until serving
- use it as desired (see above in the article for inspo) and enjoy !
